Joseph E. Rendini, Of Counsel
Joseph E. Rendini is a litigation attorney experienced in handling insurance defense, product liability, personal injury, toxic tort and trademark cases. He also has extensive experience in developing and implementing cost-effective litigation strategies for small to mid-sized businesses. Mr. Rendini started his legal career as an associate attorney with Haight Gardner Poor & Havens in New York City and then with Morrison Mahoney & Miller in Boston. He went on to become the managing attorney for United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company in Boston, with responsibility for the defense of over 900 court cases and for the recruitment and supervision of both in-house staff attorneys and outside counsel. Mr. Rendini then moved over to the corporate side of the law and became Vice-President and General Counsel of Strategic Timber Trust, LLC, a start-up nationwide timber investment company. In 2001, he started his own private practice before joining Devine Barrows in 2010. Mr. Rendini holds an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School. He is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York.

Charles G. Devine, Jr.
Charles Devine founded the firm in 1992 in order to address the needs of his diverse clientele. Charlie's aggressive litigation philosophy was developed through his experience as a trial team leader at the Boston insurance defense firm, McCormack & Epstein, and prior to that, as an associate attorney with the Boston firm of Epstein, King & Isselbacher. Charlie concentrates on trying insurance defense cases, business disputes, contract disputes, personal injury and product liability claims, as well as a variety of other civil matters. Charlie received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1986. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and Massachusetts State Courts

Michael J. Barrows
Michael Barrows concentrates in representing banks and other lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate closings. He also represents sellers and buyers in the closing process, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements. As a former in-house counsel for United Stated Fidelity & Guaranty Company, his litigation practice focuses in the areas of insurance defense, business and personal injury law. Michael received his undergraduate education at Syracuse University in 1984 and earned his Juris Doctorate at Suffolk University Law School in 1987. He is a title insurance agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Michael is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and before the state courts of Massachusetts, Florida and Rhode Island.

Georgia P. Devine
Georgia Devine concentrates in real estate law and conveyancing, civil litigation, employee benefits and ERISA and general business law. She was formerly an assistant counsel for State Street Bank and Trust Company specializing in ERISA Law. Prior to that, she was with the U.S. Department of Labor, Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration where she enforced ERISA and COBRA and was an associate counsel with Catanzaro, Effren & Herrick, P.C., Ashland, MA. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Devine is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Massachusetts State Courts.
